Real estate decisions are too important to run on gut feeling. Whether you're renting your first place or buying your first home, the difference between a good decision and an expensive mistake usually comes down to information - and most people simply don't have access to it. That's the gap I close.
My approach is built on market data and modern tools. Backed by Property.ca Inc., Brokerage, I work with real-time market intelligence that most independent agents can't reach - live pricing trends, rent ranges, neighbourhood demand, and application patterns. I read that data so you don't have to, and I turn it into clear, practical advice: what a property is really worth, when to move, where the leverage is, and where the risk hides.
But data is only half the job. I explain things in plain language, I never rush a client, and I tell the truth even when it costs me the deal. My job isn't to close fast - it's to make sure that months later, you still know exactly why your decision made sense.
